ประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ Training the Trainer จาก National Pingtung University


 

National Pingtung University(NPTU)  Office of International Affairs(OIA) is organizing a “Training the Trainer” program in January 2019.

The objective of this program is to share the experiences and thinking of education in Taiwan with NPTU partner universities in Thailand. 

 The “Training the Trainer” is a 2-week program which Thai teachers get to have better ideas of the Indigenous education, Hakka education and Marine education in South part of Taiwan. It takes place in Pingtung city, a green, warm and cheerful city in Taiwan. The following topics will be discussed during the training period: Experimental Education in Taiwan, Curriculum reform in Taiwan, Critical thinking and Narrative inquiry in teacher education. This is a great opportunity to experience and expose to authentic way of life in South Taiwan. Moreover, the participants will enjoy the friendly environment of NPTU and the local elementary schools during their stay in Taiwan.

 

Our Program Information is as follows,

1. Number of participants:

    20 teachers from NPTU partner universities in Thailand.

2. Period: Jan. 17th –29th, 2019 

3. What is including:

Ø  18-hours of Multi- Ethnic group lectures

Ø  3- visits to local elementary schools

Ø  6-hours of Board game Education lecture

Ø  Accommodation

Ø  11 breakfast + 11 lunch ( dinner not included)

Ø  Class materials

Ø  Local transportation during the program

Ø  Airport pick-up and see off

 4. What to pay?

Ø  Total amount pay to NPTU after arrival: NT$5,000 (US$167. NPTU accept Taiwanese dollars only) (this fee include local travel insurance and accommodation in Ken-Ding)

Ø  Round-trip ticket

Ø  Dinners in Taiwan 

 5. Application Submission Deadline:

       A. Please submit the online application before November 19th, 2018.

       B. A limited number of vacancies, the invitation letter will be issued on a first come first served basis.
